Our Coaches

We have a wide range of coaches for corporate groups of all sizes; 10, 16, 19, 32, 33, 47 and 53 seat Mercedes and MAN coaches. We own our own fleet, and each coach is regularly maintained and replaced every 3 years to ensure optimum comfort for our clients.

Our clients include the Scottish Executive, foreign governments, and large, multinational corporations. We have also been official corporate transport providers to the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo for a number of years.

What type of hire do you assist with?

We are able to assist with airport transfers, evening/restaurant hires, conference transfers, team-building days, golf outings, corporate visits, extended tours and more!

What is your maximum coach capacity?

Our largest vehicles have 53 seats. We can combine these with other vehicles in our fleet for larger groups. 10, 16, 19, 32 and 47 seat vehicles are also available.

How far in advance should I book?

If your travel date is within 48 hours, we recommend calling the Corporate Hire team on 0131 226 6066. For hires that are further away, please contact us by email on bespoke@timberbushtours.com and we will aim to respond within 24 hours Monday-Friday.

When is payment required?

For corporate hire bookings, we require full payment four weeks in advance of your departure date. Once we have received three successful transactions over three separate hires, we will arrange for an account where you can be invoiced after your hire.

How do I make changes to my booking?

Just contact our Corporate Hire Team. The details will be provided on your invoice.

Can you assist with corporate events at Edinburgh Castle?

Yes, our smaller 16 & 19 seat vehicles can access the grounds, meaning we can help you with your corporate or social event at Crown Square or the Queen Anne Room.

Can you provide transport to the Edinburgh Military Tattoo in August?

Yes - we can run in the Salute Taker’s Convoy for the Military Tattoo, providing corporate transport onto the Esplanade and direct to your seats in hospitality. We will then park up inside the castle grounds and collect your group after the show.

With over 20 years’ experience, our corporate hire department has assisted with hires for local & international government, multinational companies, world fashion houses, luxury car brands and many others. All of our vehicles are less than three years old and have a fresh look (white with minimal branding.) We pride ourselves on having high standards and your driver will be suitably dressed, polite, and helpful for the duration of your hire. We may not be the cheapest quotation you receive but we believe you get what you pay for and this will reflect in the quality of our service.

What type of vehicles do you use?

We use high-spec MAN and Mercedes Benz vehicles with 10-53 seats.

Can I add additional services during the hire?

We will always do our best to help extend your hours or assist with unscheduled stops where possible. This will be at the discretion of the driver and may involve a fee for extra hire time.

Are you an environmentally-conscious organisation?

We are always looking for new ways to reduce our carbon footprint. Timberbush holds a Gold standard Green Tourism award as well as 5 stars from the Eco Stars Fleet Recognition Scheme and both are testament to the changes we have made over the last decade. Our team also run beach clean ups, tree-planting days and we are currently installing a rainwater harvester (meaning we can collect rainfall to clean our coaches with and save water in the process.)
